An Act to Enable the Municipality
of the District of Chester
to Make Expenditures on Trails
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 This Act may be cited as the Chester Trails Act.
2 The Municipality of the District of Chester may enter into agreements with Her Majesty in right of the Province for developing, operating or maintaining trails on land of Her Majesty in right of the Province in the Municipality and may expend money required by it for the purposes of such agreements.
3 All sums required for payments pursuant to this Act shall be held to be sums required for ordinary lawful purposes of the Municipality of the District of Chester and shall be raised, levied and collected in the same manner and in all respects as other sums required for the ordinary lawful purposes of the Municipality are raised, levied and collected.
