House Rules

The Rules and Forms of Procedure of the House of Assembly govern the proceedings of the House of Assembly and its committees. The present Rules were adopted by the House of Assembly on May 26, 1980, and were last amended on October 13, 2022. The Rules are published by the Office of the Legislative Counsel.
