Members' claims for constituency, travel and living expenses are filed monthly and managed by the Speaker's Administration Office.
The reports are based on members' claims submitted, not expenses, for a specific month. These reports are posted online monthly. A consolidated report is posted twice a year.
Using the reports
Members do not submit claims on the same schedule. Not all members' information may be available in a given report. Claims received after the cut-off will be reflected in the next report.
If a data entry error is made, the correction appears in the next report.
The reports are arranged alphabetically by the constituency name. The constituency name line shows the total expenses for the reporting period for that constituency.
Expenses are broken down into the following categories: constituency expenses, living expenses, and other travel.
