Whereas the Order of Nova Scotia is the highest honour the province can bestow upon its citizens, encouraging excellence by recognizing Nova Scotians' outstanding contributions and achievements; and

Whereas at the recent Mining Matters conference, hosted by the Minerals and Energy branch of the Department of Natural Resources, a special award was presented to Truro prospector, Avard Hudgins; and
Whereas Mr. Hudgins has served the Nova Scotia mining industry for over 40 years through his continuous application of research to development opportunities in Nova Scotia and his dedication to the development of the geoscience field through education, both his own and others; and
Whereas Mr. Hudgins' dedication and perseverance in the prospecting field has attracted significant mineral exploration investment at the Loch Lomond celestite mine, the Gays River lead zinc mine, and the tin mine at East Kemptville;
Therefore be it resolved that this House recognize the significant research, development and economic contributions of Mr. Hudgins and congratulate him on this special award being bestowed upon him by his peers.

Whereas if it were not for the efforts of MLA Kennie MacAskill and the community committee that pushed for the department to build a new bridge, it would not have been rebuilt; and
Whereas it is thanks to the good member for Victoria that the community of Middle River is once again connected, as it should be;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House congratulate MLA Kennie MacAskill and the community for fighting to rebuild the Church Cross bridge to connect the community of Middle River.

Whereas the greatest living figure in the fight to end apartheid, Mr. Nelson Mandela, was today conferred an honorary Canadian citizenship; and
Whereas the 83 year old former South African President and Nobel Peace Prize winner will become the first living person to receive an honorary citizenship and is only the second foreigner to ever have the honour bestowed upon him; and
Whereas during his visit to Canada, the man credited for achieving a peaceful transition to democracy in South Africa after being imprisoned in his country for 27 years was also the recipient, along with his wife, Graca Machel, of an honorary doctorate from Ryerson University;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House of Assembly welcome Mr. Nelson Mandela to our proud Canadian family and congratulate both him and his wife on being awarded their honourary doctorates, and we should rise and applaud the life and achievements of this incredible living symbol of peace.

Whereas Newfoundland raised its minimum wage today and, in so doing, has left Nova Scotia with the shameful claim to fame of having the lowest minimum wage in Canada; and
Whereas successive Liberal and Tory Ministers of Labour have increased the minimum wage in increments that don't even keep pace with the cost of living; and
Whereas their mindset is typified by the member for Cape Breton South who, in a former life as the Minister of Labour, stated in 1997 that his nickle and dime raise fulfilled his government's commitment to making Nova Scotia an even better place to live and work;
Therefore be it resolved that this House urge the Minister of Labour to make Nova Scotia an even better place to live and work by raising the minimum wage to a level equal to the Canadian average and implement an annual increase to ensure fair pay for the working poor.

Whereas this walk is not a fundraiser but just one of the many projects the students are involved in to help curb the problems associated with drugs; and
Whereas by taking part in this march, the students acknowledge the importance of drug awareness;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House applaud the efforts of the students of the Breton Education Centre in attempting to raise drug awareness in their community.

Whereas the former Chief Justice of the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Lorne Clarke, has won the 2001 Nova Scotia Red Cross Humanitarian Award; and
Whereas the Red Cross presents the award in honour of the spirit of humanity in a local, national and international capacity and recognizes Mr. Clarke for his work as Chairman of the Swissair Flight 111 Planning and Coordination Secretariat; and
Whereas this nationally regarded mediator and officer of the Order of Canada has had a long and distinguished career but earned great respect for coordinating such dignified and respectful burials for the victims of the crash and for raising monuments to the victims, helping the victims' families and Nova Scotians cope with horrendous tragedy;
Therefore be it resolved that all members join with the Nova Scotia Red Cross and all Nova Scotians in commending Lorne Clarke for bringing consolation and resolution to situations which seemed so insurmountable.

Whereas Saint Mary's clobbered Laval Rouge et Or 48 to 8 in the 40th Atlantic Bowl; and
Whereas not only was this a thrilling victory for the local team and the 7,100 fans, but the victory also gave the Huskies a bit of sweet revenge as they knocked out of contention the team which cost them the Vanier Cup just two years ago; and
Whereas among the many proud fans in the audience for the game was beloved former Huskies coach, Larry Uteck, who retired from his position of 14 years because of Lou Gehrig's disease, but remains, each year, a tremendous morale booster for the team;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House of Assembly applaud the team and Coach Blake Nill for their huge victory on Saturday - the team's seventh Atlantic Bowl win and the biggest margin of victory since 1985 - and wish them luck at the Vanier Cup in two weeks and urge organizers to resist the proposed move to break tradition and restrict the Atlantic Bowl to the Huskies' Stadium to every two years.

Whereas increasing monthly charges for phone services impact particularly on families on fixed incomes and those on the poverty line; and
Whereas Aliant seeks major increases in rural telephone rates in Nova Scotia, and such increases threaten access to phone services by those on fixed incomes, particularly seniors;
Therefore be it resolved that this House call on this government to make submissions to the Canadian Radio-television Telecommunications Commission that phone companies introduce a favourable rate for low-income customers with a yearly income below the Statistics Canada Low Income Cut-off (LICO).

Whereas it was revealed at this annual meeting that the government had eliminated funding for the Cape Breton County 4-H Council in recent years;
Therefore be it resolved that the provincial government make a concerted effort to provide much-needed funding to the Cape Breton County 4-H Council.

Whereas Ms. Mann Borgese has an international reputation and a long list of achievements in the field of ocean law;

Whereas St. John Ambulance has long been recognized as a world leader in first aid and CPR training; and
Whereas last year St. John Ambulance expanded this training to an in-school program called LifeSmart to train teachers in schools such as Memorial High School in Sydney Mines to deliver first aid and CPR training to every Grade 10 student; and
Whereas this training, including equipment and materials, is at no cost to the students, school, school board or parents, and is funded by the United Way of Cape Breton and donations from organizations such as the Kiwanis Club of Sydney;
Therefore be it resolved that this House commend the St. John Ambulance for bringing the LifeSmart program of life-saving training to our students.

Whereas Martin Schwartz of New Waterford recently wrote The Joy of Science, a book of 50 science experiments published in October by the Association of Science Teachers; and
Whereas Mr. Schwartz served for many years as the head of the science department at the Breton Education Centre, encouraged participation in local and national science fairs, volunteered in the Mount Carmel Joy Program since his retirement in 1987, and now donates his time to teach experiments to Grade 6 students; and
Whereas Mr. Schwartz, described by many as "the grandfather of science in Nova Scotia," arrived in New Waterford from India in 1967 and recently celebrated his 80th birthday;
Therefore be it resolved that members of this House thank Mr. Martin Schwartz for his lifelong love of science and education and for the publication of The Joy of Science, which will introduce students from across the province to the world of science.

Whereas Elmsdale children Hillary Hogan, Kristi-Lyn Smith, Rebecca Lamb, Carolyn Hogan, Laura Lamb, Sara-Anne Smith and Jami-Lea Smith, who range from age four to age nine, held a bake sale which raised $100 for the U.S.A. relief fund; and
Whereas Hillary Hogan, Kristi-Lyn Smith, Rebecca Lamb, Carolyn Hogan, Laura Lamb, Sara-Anne Smith and Jami-Lea Smith deposited the proceeds of their bake sale to the Elmsdale branch of the Royal Bank;
Therefore be it resolved that the members of this House commend these seven young volunteers for their selfless act of raising funds for the U.S.A. relief fund through a bake sale.

Whereas the members of the TRA Employees' Charity Committee and Committee Chair, Lorna Spencer, recently donated a wheelchair to Soldiers Memorial Hospital; and
Whereas the money for the wheelchair was raised through a variety of initiatives, including 50/50 draws and casual days; and
Whereas the committee decided to donate a wheelchair so that those who helped raise the required funds would see something tangible as a result of their efforts;
Therefore be it resolved that members of this House thank the members of the TRA Employees' Charity Committee and Committee Chair Lorna Spencer for their generous donation of a wheelchair to the Soldiers Memorial Hospital and for the extensive work that went into raising the funds required for such a purpose.

Whereas the students created the movie themselves and, using video-editing software, edited it in their school's computer lab;

Whereas the new 12,000 square foot Tantallon Public Library, with a collection capacity of 53,000 volumes, will serve a rapidly growing area, until now, served by library mobile service; and
Whereas it contains a large meeting room which may be booked for community meetings and functions, a multi-media collection, public access computer terminals, study and reading areas as well as a pre-school section and will also feature both children's and adult programming; and
Whereas a public consultation process allowed community members to give valuable input into the design of the new library which was built by Sigma Construction Ltd. and designed by WHW Architects, with engineering work done by the firm of O'Neill, Scriven & Associates Ltd.;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House congratulate the community for its efforts, thank the library staff for their work in the project and in their community and applaud all others who helped to make this project a reality, bringing a huge educational resource to the Hubley Centre and its many neighbouring communities.

Whereas according to a recently released internal military report, obtained under the Access to Information Act, the last time Canada sent Sea King helicopters on a mission to the Persian Gulf the crews were faced with persistent radar breakdowns and when repairs were attempted, there were several instances when the spare parts drawn from stores were themselves unserviceable; and
Whereas a host of government documents released over the past few weeks, also obtained under the Access to Information Act, indicate that the Sea King helicopters could well be flying past 2010 despite their scheduled retirement in 2005, due in part to delays caused by the federal government's decision to use a split-contract procurement process; and
Whereas eight years, two fatalities and six accidents later, the innumerate federal Liberals will spend at least as much on Sea King replacements as had been planned by the previous Tory Government, since the combination of the split-contract contingencies, now at $700 million, the $80 million, to date, cost of keeping the Sea King helicopters flying; nearly $500 million in penalties and expenses for cancelling the EH-101s; $800 million for 15 search and rescue helicopters; and the $2.8 billion for shipborne helicopters totals $4.8 billion, the exact cost of the helicopter deal which the former Prime Minister proposed before the 1993 election;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House condemn the Liberal Government's handling of the replacement of the Sea King helicopters, and urge the government to seek an immediate resolution to the fiasco to ensure that the safety of our country's pilots is not compromised by their own helicopters and apologize to our service personnel who neither complain nor criticize but merely continue to serve their country with the equipment provided to them.

Whereas the 2001 Valley High School "Reach for the Top" style championship at the Berwick Legion was won this year by Middleton Regional High School; and
Whereas Middleton Regional High will participate in the provincial championships next spring representing Zone 9 - the Western Valley; and
Whereas questions asked during this competition, which is now in its seventh year, concern Canada's military and Remembrance heritage and has been described by Middleton team member and top scorer, Michael Thibodeau, as a really good competition helping young people find out about those who made the ultimate sacrifice;
Therefore be it resolved that all MLAs of this House of Assembly extend our best wishes to Coach Roger Boutilier and the Middleton Regional High School "Call to Remembrance" team in winning the 2001 Valley championship and wish them every success in the provincials next spring.

Whereas Two Rivers Wildlife Park, a jewel on the Mira, is a perfect place for rest or play; and
Whereas this park is a tribute to beautiful geography and the hard work and fundraising efforts of the Two Rivers Development Association, who have won the confidence and support of the surrounding community - businesses and individuals alike - for maintaining this beautiful recreational destination; and
Whereas in a show of support and appreciation of this wonderful park, the staff of the Sydney River Liquor Store donated over $2,000 to the park's operations which they fund-raised on the park's behalf, complementing the $50,000 contribution made by the provincial government;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House commend the staff of the Sydney River Liquor Store for their support of this young park and applaud the work of the park's staff and volunteers for promoting Two Rivers Wildlife Park and securing the community support needed to sustain it.

Whereas summer camp is an unforgettable experience, making memories that are cherished for a lifetime, but for young survivors of serious burns, the ordinary thrills of childhood are marred by the scars they carry and the shock felt by those who see them; and
Whereas at the Atlantic Burn Camp, where everyone has scars on the outside, the person on the inside shines through and children can enjoy camp activities in an atmosphere of love and unconditional acceptance; and
Whereas through the Canadian Tire Foundation for Families, the Sydney Canadian Tire and its staff joined together to contribute $6,000 to the Cape Breton Firefighters Burn Camp Society to bring joy to children with burn injuries;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House commend the efforts of the Sydney Canadian Tire and applaud organizations like the Cape Breton Firefighters Burn Camp Society who make the Atlantic Burn Camp possible and make good memories for the very children who so deserve them.

Whereas born in Fox River, Nova Scotia in 1887, Private John Chipman Kerr received the Victoria Cross on September 16, 1916, in a single-handed attack on a trench that yielded 62 unwounded prisoners while serving with the 49th Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force at Courcelette, France; and
Whereas having delivered his captives at a support trench, Private Chipman Kerr, returned to action without troubling to have his wound dressed, with his audacious performance marking an end to resistance in Fabeck Graben; and
Whereas Private Chipman Kerr, a relative of former Finance Minister Greg Kerr, has a mountain named in his honour, Mount Kerr, near Jasper, as well, special recognition during the dedication of a war memorial in Port Greville on Remembrance Day 2000;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House recognize the bravery and honour displayed by Private John Chipman Kerr and by all Canadian war veterans in defending our country and preserving our freedom.

Whereas the Heart of the Valley Festival promotes and supports local talent, sports and numerous non-profit organizations and businesses within Middleton and its surrounding areas, and is held the third weekend of July each year at Middleton's Rotary Park, beginning on Friday and ending on Sunday with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk; and
Whereas the festival encountered financial difficulties in 1999, but thanks to a rejuvenated organization committee and renewed efforts, the festival was able to return to profitability in July 2000, and partially repay its debts to the Town of Middleton; and
Whereas the 2001 Heart of the Valley Festival was one of the most successful festivals to date, repaying all festival debts in full and allowing a $1,000 donation to be made to the Town of Middleton to help prepare a new site for the festival amusement rides;
Therefore be it resolved all that members of this House congratulate the Heart of the Valley Festival organizing committee, including: Paula Luxton, Chairman; Vera Errington, Vice-Chair/Secretary; Adele Hughes, Past-Chairman; Earl Bennett, Treasurer; Glenn Langille, Parade Chairman; as well as Jeff Keddy and Zilla Gaul, for making the Heart of the Valley Festival a sustainable, prominent, popular and fun community event for Middleton and the surrounding region.

Whereas there are 122 caring and considerate home support workers in the Annapolis Valley who serve 1,100 clients in Kings and Annapolis Counties; and
Whereas employed by the Victorian Order of Nurses, these indispensable workers travel door-to-door, wash dishes, do laundry, prepare meals, and carry out personal hygiene seven days a week; and
Whereas Home Support Worker Week was celebrated recently in Nova Scotia through the middle of October;
Therefore be it resolved that members of this House acknowledge the devotion and many contributions of home support workers during Home Support Worker Week and throughout the year.

Whereas at Port Williams Elemenary School, sponsors for this year's Terry Fox Run were very generous; and
Whereas with high student participation a lot of support was generated in memory of Terry Fox and for cancer research; and
Whereas as a result of these efforts, the Nova Scotia Cancer Society received a donation of $4,029.25 from Port Williams Elementary School;

Whereas the renovations to the Kentville Fire Hall vastly improved the 1967 structure, providing space for training, larger trucks and more equipment; and

Whereas through the community's agreement to pay an annual fire area rate, residents helped pay for the $2 million project;

Whereas the Victorian Order of Nurses is well-known for the kind and excellent nursing care it brings to the infirmed in their homes; and
Whereas palliative care workers have a most special role, bringing care to the dying and comfort to their loved ones; and
Whereas Mrs. Jeanne Bennett felt the impact of this special care, receiving the friendship of palliative care worker Angela Houde, who nursed Mrs. Bennett's husband, Lawrence, until the time of his death;
Threfore be it resolved that this House of Assembly recognize the VON and their wonderful caregivers like Angela Houde, whose concern for the sick extends to the saddened and grieving families who also need comfort.

Whereas fundraising for the building is underway and the Kings SPCA is making inroads, relying on public donations and volunteers;

Whereas "See it, love it" is the motto of the 4-H Youth Exchanges Canada, which gives 4-Hers the chance to travel within Canada, meeting other 4-Hers, sharing in their projects and learning about the communities in which they live; and
Whereas 10 members and 2 leaders of the Cornwallis Project 4-H Club of Port Williams took part in the exchange, visiting Calgary and attending 4-H events at the Calgary Stampede with their hosts from the Foothills 4-H Sheep Club; and
Whereas the 4-Hers from Alberta came to Nova Scotia just a few weeks later and were treated to tours of Valley fruit orchards, dairy farms and Christmas tree farms, providing a taste of Nova Scotia's agriculture industry;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House commend the 4-H Youth Exchange Canada Program and 4-H Leader Janet Herbin for giving these Port Williams 4-H members a chance to broaden their horizons.

Whereas in a ceremonial change of command Major Joseph Gaudreau succeeded Major John Sutcliffe as Commander of the Land Forces Atlantic Area Training Centre Detachment at Camp Aldershot; and
Whereas Major Gaudreau assumed command just as the military training establishment's summer season was about to begin, with an expected 400 trainees to attend over the season; and
Whereas soon after, and with no warning, travellers stranded by the events of September 11th arrived at Camp Aldershot, in need of housing and comfort;

Whereas Clary Croft's fifth solo recording, "Still the Song Lives On" is a mix of traditional folk songs from the collection of his mentor, Dr. Helen Creighton, and contemporary songs by Mr. Croft and songwriters from Canada, Ireland and the U.S.A.; and
Whereas Mr. Croft's talents encompass also television, stage, film, radio and publications ranging from Sesame Street to Symphony Nova Scotia; and
Whereas while for the past 10 years he has been heard on CBC Radio's Mainstreet and his first book, "Chocolates, Tattoos and Mayflowers" was on the provincial bestsellers' list for months, Clary Croft is best known for his work with the collection of his late mentor, Dr. Helen Creighton, the internationally renowned Nova Scotian folklorist - two years ago releasing his biography of Dr. Creighton, titled "Helen Creighton: Canada's First Lady of Folklore";

Whereas this building will now be preserved as a legacy, and will be protected for generations to come;

Whereas the Liverpool Courthouse is a prominent feature of the town and, as the finest example of Greek Revival, temple-type buildings ever erected in Canada, is also significant nation-wide; and

Whereas in light of the building's outstanding facade and its ongoing use as a courthouse, it has received Provincial Heritage Designation to ensure protection of its prominent features;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House thank the Queens Heritage Advisory Committee for their work to preserve this distinguished building which is a special piece of local and provincial history.

Whereas Mr. Darrell Mills of Dartmouth passed away in mid-October, after almost 92 years, having contributed during his life both professionally, through numerous volunteer duties, to his family and through service to country; and
Whereas he used his education through the Normal College to provide instruction at schools in the province, then, after serving overseas in the Royal Canadian Artillery, he concentrated his efforts in education on the vocational system; and
Whereas at the time of his death, Mr. Mills was the oldest surviving past president of the Nova Scotia Teachers Union, and had also contributed in a volunteer capacity through the years with the United Church of Canada, Maritime Conference and General Council; the Rotary Club of Halifax; the John Howard Society; and the Halifax Musical Festival;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House commend the life and work of the late Darrell Mills, whose service to country, family, community, the province's education system and to the United Church has been, and will remain, a model of service for others to follow and from which to learn.

Whereas one month after the terrorist attacks of September 11th, Parrsboro townspeople gathered at the bandstand to pay tribute to those emergency personnel who lost their lives attempting to save the lives of others; and
Whereas in addition to the memorial service, members of the Parrsboro Volunteer Fire Department held a boot drive for which they raised more than $1,064 in just 90 minutes for the New York Firefighters Widows and Children's Fund; and
Whereas those who participated in the memorial service also signed a condolence book which was to be sent to New York along with the funds raised;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House commend the efforts of the people of the community of Parrsboro towards their fellow man and never forget the words of Fire Chief Jeremy Dunphy who, having joined the rescue effort for three days following September 11th, said at the service, "We can go home to our families at night and continue on with our lives, whereas so many cannot."

Whereas in addition to travelling three times a week to Halifax and spending weekends at the Université de Moncton and on P.E.I. and playing tournaments in Ottawa and Toronto as part of the Selects experience, David was also invited this summer to the world-renowned Alan Andrews Hockey School in P.E.I.;

Whereas the official launch of the site took place at the Advocate Library on October 19th, with a plaque unveiled in honour of local resident Duncan Lunn who volunteered many hours of manual labour to help make the CAP site a reality; and
Whereas the CAP site brings a vital technology to the community so that all might have equal access;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House thank those who brought to the community of Advocate Harbour this important resource and recognize the positive impact to rural Nova Scotia that the many CAP sites are offering - in essence, the world at the community's fingertips.

Whereas one of Cumberland County's most successful businessmen has been honoured by the Nova Scotia Agricultural College; and

Whereas Mr. Bragg's contributions to the industry are well known; however, it is wonderful to see that he has been officially recognized by the Agricultural College;

Whereas Springhill native and song star Anne Murray has revived a 1970's hit, "(Hey Daddy) There's a Hippo in My Bathtub", and adapted it to television; and
Whereas Ms. Murray has joined forces with local talent, Cage Digital Productions of Halifax, to produce The Hippo Tub Co., which airs weekly on CBC; and
Whereas Ms. Murray's company, Evening Sky Productions, is not only looking at producing an additional 13 episodes of the children's animated program, but is also working on a number of other animation projects and produced a one-hour Christmas special called "Timothy Tweedle - The First Christmas Elf", which first aired last year;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House congratulate Anne Murray for spreading her wings and discovering yet another venue for her incredible talents, wish her all the best with the series, and also wish her well with her new Christmas album and U.S. Christmas concert tour.

Whereas three and a half year old Simon Ward and his mother, Elgin Marko of Leicester, have both been diagnosed with autism and are not only adapting to the condition, but have raised awareness of what autism means; and
Whereas the family is working with the Cumberland Early Intervention Program to adapt to the recent diagnosis; and
Whereas Lisa Gower, a caseworker with the program, said that Elgin Marko is a good example of a person with autism living a lifestyle that includes raising a family their own;
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House thank Ms. Marko for speaking publicly about autism so that others will learn just what the condition is all about and shatter the many myths surrounding autism, and also thank people like Lisa Gower and the Cumberland Early Intervention Program for assisting those in our community who are facing various challenges.

Whereas the Cumberland District Health Authority recently dispelled rumours that the All Saints Hospital in Springhill will be downsized; and
Whereas in fact, the chair of the authority suggested that the opposite might be true; if a repatriation program planned for next year is successful, All Saints could see an increase in the number of beds and staff; and
Whereas the chair was quoted as saying, "An integral part of the Cumberland Health Authority's business plan for the 2001-02 fiscal year includes an attempt to repatriate patients who are presently being treated in New Brunswick back to Nova Scotia";
Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House support the efforts of the Cumberland District Health Authority to expand the role of All Saints Hospital in Cumberland and commend the authority's members, as well as the staff and health professionals at All Saints, for their vital work in the community of Cumberland.

Therefore be it resolved that all members of this House recognize Robert's achievement and thank him for the excellent service provided to the people of Nova Scotia over the past 25 years.

Mr. Speaker, I hereby give notice that on a future day I shall move the adoption of the following resolution:
Whereas Firm's Phantom, a three year old gelding, won his 28th straight race on Sunday, October 28, 2001 at the Truro Raceway; and
Whereas Firm's Phantom has now equalled the 28 consecutive victories achieved by the immortal sire Cam Fella; and
Whereas Firm's Phantom, which in August set a new track record at the Truro Raceway, is the finest standardbred horse ever bred, raised and raced in Atlantic Canada;
Therefore be it resolved that all members congratulate Firm's Phantom's owner, Joe Kennedy, and his trainer and principal driver, Danny Romo, for these remarkable achievements and wish them every success in the future.

Mr. Speaker, I hereby give notice that on a future day I shall move the adoption of the following resolution:
Whereas Sherbrooke Village's Old Fashioned Christmas will kick off at 7:00 p.m. this Friday evening with the lighting of the community Christmas tree at the Maple Manor; and
Whereas the lighting of the tree is to be followed by a candlelight procession down Main Street in Sherbrooke; and
Whereas the tree lighting and candlelight procession are just two of the old-fashioned Christmas events, which will also include a John Gracie performance at the Sherbrooke Courthouse on December 7th, scheduled to take place in the weeks leading up to Christmas;
Therefore be it resolved that MLAs extend their warmest wishes to organizers and participants in Sherbrooke Village's Old Fashioned Christmas 2001.
