An Act to Amend Chapter 24
of the Acts of 2021,
the Protecting Access to Health Services Act
1 Section 3 of Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2021, the Protecting Access to Health Services Act, is amended by
(a) striking out clause (c) and substituting the following clause:
- (c) "health care facility" means
- (i) a place where health services are being performed, delivered or received,
(ii) the residence of a health service provider, and
(iii) a place designated as a health care facility by the regulations;
(b) striking out "or" at the end of subclause (d)(i);
(c) striking out the semicolon at the end of subclause (d)(ii) and substituting ", or"; and
(d) adding immediately after subclause (d)(ii) the following subclause:
- (iii) is responsible for executive decision-making respecting health services;
2 Subsection 6(1) of Chapter 24 is amended by
(a) adding "or" at the end of subclause (d)(i); and
(b) striking out subclause (d)(ii).
