An Act to Eliminate
Parking Fees at Hospitals

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Hospital Parking Fee Elimination Act.

2 In this Act, "hospital" means a hospital as defined in the Hospitals Act.

3 No fee may be charged for parking at a hospital.
