An Act Respecting the Dissolution
of the Congregation of Notre Dame,
Saint Joseph Province
WHEREAS all assets and liabilities of the Congregation of Notre Dame, Saint Joseph Province were transferred to its successor, Congregation of Notre Dame Visitation Province, Inc., as of December 20, 2001;
THEREFORE be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 This Act may be cited as the Congregation of Notre Dame, Saint Joseph Province Dissolution Act.
2 The Congregation of Notre Dame, Saint Joseph Province, as constituted by Chapter 103 of the Acts of 1970-71, An Act to Incorporate the Congregation of Notre Dame, Saint Joseph Province, is dissolved.
3 Chapter 103 of the Acts of 1970-71, An Act to Incorporate the Congregation of Notre Dame, Saint Joseph Province, is repealed.
