Explanatory Note

This Bill amends the Dental Act to confirm that the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia is and always has been a body corporate.

An Act to Amend Chapter 3
of the Acts of 1992,
the Dental Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Subsection 13(1) of Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1992, the Dental Act, is amended by adding "as a body corporate" immediately after "established" in the second line.

2 This Act has effect on and after September 8, 1992.
