Explanatory Note

This Bill repeals the express authority of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to apply for an injunction against an anticipated or continuing violation of the Liquor Control Act.

An Act to Amend Chapter 260
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Liquor Control Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 107A of Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is repealed.
