Explanatory Note
This Bill repeals the Petroleum Products Pricing Act.
An Act to Repeal Chapter 11
of the Acts of 2005,
the Petroleum Products Pricing Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2005, the Petroleum Products Pricing Act, is repealed.
