Explanatory Note
This Bill repeals the Merchandise Inspection Act which is obsolete.
An Act to Repeal Chapter 283
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Merchandise Inspection Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Chapter 283 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Merchandise Inspection Act, is repealed.
