Explanatory Note

This Bill amends the Public Service Act to remove the authority of the Public Service Commission to provide direction to the Workers' Compensation Board respecting collective bargaining.

An Act to Amend Chapter 376
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Public Service Act, Respecting
the Workers' Compensation Board

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Clause 17K(a) of Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Service Act, is repealed.
