An Act to Require the Expansion
of Broadband Internet Coverage
to all of Nova Scotia
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Subject to Section 2, the Government shall ensure that broadband internet service is made available throughout the Province by January 1, 2009.
2 The moneys required for the purpose of this Act shall be paid out of moneys appropriated for that purpose by the Legislature.
