Clause 1 requires all gasoline service stations to have full service available for seniors and the disabled.

Clause 2 authorizes the Governor in Council to make a regulation defining "full service" for the purpose of the new Section 83A added by Clause 1.

An Act to Amend Chapter 1
of the Acts of 1994-95,
the Environment Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 83 the following Section:

83A Every gasoline service station shall have full service available for seniors and the disabled at all times during which the service station has gasoline available for sale.

2 Subsection 84(1) of Chapter 1 is amended by adding immediately after clause (s) the following clause:

(sa) defining "full service" for the purpose of Section 83A;
