Explanatory Note

This Bill amends the Workers' Compensation Act to ensure that a quorum of the Board of Directors of the Workers' Compensation Board includes a majority of the voting positions on the Board of Directors regardless whether those positions are filled.

An Act to Amend Chapter 10
of the Acts of 1994-95,
the Workers' Compensation Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows: 1 Clause 155(1)(b) of Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is amended by striking out "one half" in the first line and substituting "four".
