An Act to Permit the
Subdivision of Lands Contained in
the Will of the Late Roy Lindsay Taker
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 This Act may be cited as the Taker Estate Subdivision Act.
2 Part IX of the Municipal Government Act does not apply to the subdivision of lands contained in the will of the late Roy Lindsay Taker filed at the Registry of Deeds in Halifax on October 23, 2000, in Book 6651 at pages 574 to 577 and as Document Number 34381.
