An Act to Declare Hylonomus lyelli
the Provincial Fossil of Nova Scotia

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Provincial Fossil Act.

2 The reptile fossil Hylonomus lyelli is declared to be the Provincial Fossil of the Province.
