An Act to Amend Chapter 117
of the Acts of 1933,
An Act to Enable the Inhabitants of Greenwich
to Provide Themselves With a System of Fire Protection

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Chapter 117 of the Acts of 1933, An Act to Enable the Inhabitants of Greenwich to Provide Themselves With a System of Fire Protection, is amended by renumbering Section 1 as 1A and adding immediately before Section 1A the following Section:

    1 This Act may be cited as the Greenwich Fire Protection Act.

2 Subsection 7(1) of Chapter 117, as enacted by Chapter 91 of the Acts of 1951, is amended by striking out "twenty-five hundred" in the third and fourth lines and substituting "one hundred and fifty thousand".

3 Section 12 of Chapter 117, as enacted by Chapter 94 of the of the Acts of 1961, is amended by striking out "twelve thousand" in the third line and substituting "one hundred and fifty thousand".
