An Act to Amend Chapter 35
of the Acts of 1991,
the Yarmouth Area Industrial
Commission Tax Exemption Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Subsection 2(1) of Chapter 35 of the Acts of 1991, the Yarmouth Area Industrial Commission Tax Exemption Act, is amended by
(a) striking out "incorporated pursuant to the Industrial Commissions Act" in the eighth and ninth lines; and
(b) striking out "set out in Section 12 of the Industrial Commissions Act" in the tenth and eleventh lines and substituting "of the Commission".
