Explanatory Note
This Bill removes the restrictions on rental subsidies and property tax rebates in the Senior Citizens' Financial Aid Act.
An Act to Amend Chapter 419
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Senior Citizens' Financial Aid Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Section 18 of Chapter 419 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Senior Citizens' Financial Aid Act, is repealed.
