An Act Respecting
the Appointment of the Members
of the Provincial Health Council

WHEREAS the terms of office of all the members of the Provincial Health Council have expired and no new members have been appointed;

THEREFORE be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Health Council Appointments (1998) Act.

2 Within sixty days of this Act coming into force, the Governor in Council shall appoint twelve members to the Provincial Health Council pursuant to the Health Council Act.

3 The members appointed pursuant to this Act shall be appointed in equal numbers for terms of one, two and three years.
