The Honourable Leader of the Official Opposition on a point of order.

FRED TILLEY: Today I rise on a point of order. Yesterday, Mr. Speaker, the member for Waverley-Fall River-Beaver Bank rose on a point of order regarding a question I had asked on October 19th. He indicated that a document wasn't tabled and that the document doesn't exist.
Mr. Speaker, although I didn't quote directly from that document, I have it here today and I'll read an excerpt from it. "The Premier's Office violated access law twice. Tricia Ralph released two reports last Friday and in each she found the Premier's Office violating . . ."

HON. BRIAN WONG: Mr. Speaker, I actually have a point of order.
On October 19th the member for Northside-Westmount alleged that the FOIPOP Commissioner said the PC government violated Section 7. I don't believe he tabled the document that says that, because one doesn't exist.

HON. BRIAN WONG: Mr. Speaker, I just have a question for you before we start the day. Just wondering if the member for Halifax Atlantic has submitted the documents that were requested? He was supposed to table documents, and we are just wondering if he's tabled the documents from his oration.

BRENDAN MAGUIRE: Maybe I'm wrong. I know the minister will get up on his feet, and I would actually like to step aside with the minister and have a conversation, and if I'm incorrect, I've done it before and I'll do it again, I'll go on the record. You show me where I'm wrong, you show me where I can take that document, and give it to my children, and be proud and say: Look what we did in government. By government, I mean all of us.

CHRIS PALMER: Mr. Speaker, yesterday the Deputy Speaker asked the member for Halifax Atlantic to table documents from comments he had been making. I wonder if you could confirm if those documents have been tabled.
THE SPEAKER: At this point I can't confirm, but I will certainly find out and make the members aware.

BRENDAN MAUIRE: Instead of doing what's right for the system, they're going to manipulate the numbers, just like they did with COVID, Mx. Speaker. They stopped releasing the numbers. They wouldn't tell you who got sick. They wouldn't tell you where they got sick. They limited access to tests. They can deny it all they want, but the facts are the facts. They stood on that side and accused the former Minister of Health and Wellness of murder. Their words, not ours.
THE SPEAKER: Order. I think if you have referred to a specific quote, we would like you to table that.

TOM TAGGART: It is unacceptable that on October 12th, 19 days after the hurricane, I received the following email. Because I have another email here, I'm not going to use any telecom names. I just don't think it's proper:

HON. JAMIE BAILLIE: To drive the point home, about the way this government runs health care, it's like a company like McDonald's that actually sells their hamburgers at a very high price and then takes the beef out.
I would like to table, for the benefit of the House, an example of what I'm talking about. I'll give this to the Page to table. I do hope that it gets back, I do hope that it gets back . . .

CARBON TAX STATEMENT: INACCURATE - RECOG.
BRAEDON CLARK: Mr. Speaker, I have with me a press release from the PC party caucus here, headlined "Liberals and NDP refused to oppose a carbon tax and stand up for Nova Scotians" in reference to a resolution that was introduced earlier this afternoon.
