MR. SPEAKER: Order, please. Before we start the daily routine this morning, I would like to say a few words on this historic day, April 29th, in congratulations to William and Kate on their ceremony this morning, and wish them all the best in their future endeavours and life together.
I would also like to thank the supervisor of the Legislative Library staff, Margaret Murphy; the staff - Anne, Heather, Angela, Angie and David; and also my House of Assembly Operations staff - Mike Laffin, Peter Theriault and Peter the Page (Applause) - for putting on such a lovely event this morning in this historic building in the Legislative Library to show and honour Kate and William's marriage today. Again, congratulations to them and also a great big thank you. (Applause) So again, thank you to Margaret Murphy, all of her staff and the staff of House of Assembly Operations for putting on a lovely event this morning in this historic building.
HON. DAVID WILSON: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Yesterday during Question Period, in one of my answers, I did indicate that the former Government of the Liberal Party introduced VLTs to the province - I stand corrected. What I did want to say was it was the former Liberal Government that introduced the casino, so I do retract the comments that I made yesterday.

MR. SPEAKER: The Chairman of the Committee of the Whole House on Supply reports:
THE CLERK: That the Committee of the Whole House on Supply has met and has come to agreement on 47 estimate resolutions, including votes on business plans and on capital. The chairman has been instructed to recommend these estimates to the favourable consideration of the House, each without amendment.
MR. SPEAKER: The motion is that the House concurs on the report of the Committee of the Whole House on Supply.
