Presenters' Guidelines
THIS IS A PUBLIC HEARING.
THE MEETING WILL BE RECORDED AND THE MEDIA MAY BE PRESENT.
Prior to making a presentation, please provide the clerk with your name and, if possible, a copy of your presentation.
PROCEDURE:
Once you are introduced by the chairman, please take a seat at the presenters' table.
- Please speak directly and as clearly as possible into the microphone and introduce yourself as you begin your presentation.
- Be prepared to answer questions by the Committee members following your presentation.
If you have any questions or concerns about appearing before the Select Committee on Establishing an Electoral Boundaries Commission, please feel free to contact the Legislative staff person at the meeting.
