An Act to Amend Chapter 8
of the Acts of 2015,
the Quality-improvement Information Protection Act
1 Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2015, the Quality-improvement Information Protection Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 2 the following Section:
- 2A Where there is a conflict between this Act and the regulations and any other enactment, this Act and the regulations prevail.
