An Act to Amend Chapter 23
of the Acts of 1996,
the Court and Administrative Reform Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Clause 2(aa) of Chapter 23 of the Acts of 1996, the Court and Administrative Reform Act, as enacted by Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2005, is amended by adding "or Section 13 of the Land Titles Clarification Act" immediately after "Act" in the third line.
