An Act to Amend Chapter 1
(1992 Supplement)
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the House of Assembly Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Subsection 46A(7) of Chapter 1 (1992 Supplement) of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the House of Assembly Act, is repealed and the following subsection substituted:
(7) In each subsequent year on January 1st, the annual indemnity and salaries shall be increased by the percentage increase in salary provided to civil servants for the current fiscal year.
2 This Act has effect on and after January 1, 2007, upon the Governor in Council so ordering and declaring by proclamation.
