MR TERRY FARRELL: Mr. Speaker, this morning in the Public Accounts Committee, the member for Truro-Bible Hill-Millbrook-Salmon River referred to our post-secondary institutions as little work factories that were in the business of turning out little robots to go into the workplace.

MR. SPEAKER: The time for the member's statement has expired. I would like to thank the member for the eloquent statement en français, but I would also ask him to submit that statement in English for Hansard.

MS. LENORE ZANN: Mr. Speaker, in a letter published in allNovaScotia yesterday, filmmaker Paul Donovan writes an open letter to the Premier and Government House members. He writes:

"[The Premier] is right. Nova Scotia doesn't want a film business. No we don't, boy.

HON. MARK FUREY: Mr. Speaker, I'd like to take a moment to recognize Bob Myra, who passed away on April 16^th. Bob was a long-serving councillor for the Municipality of the District of Chester, being first elected in 1997. I know my colleague across the floor from Chester-St. Margaret's would've made sure to recognize Bob if she could've been here with us this session.

MR. ANDREW YOUNGER: Yesterday the minister was so busy coming up with insults about a situation he actually knows nothing about and practising his best Donald Trump style bullying, that he forgot to answer the question I asked. So, again . . .

MR. SPEAKER: Order, please. Inferring that other members are bullying is unparliamentarily, I'll ask you to retract that.

MR. SPEAKER: I'd like to remind all members that congratulatory resolutions are to be tabled, not to be read. Therefore, the resolution is out of order, but feel free to table it.

MR. HOUSTON: So in the face of that, why is the minister not trying to be honest about the cost for the expenses this year?

MR. SPEAKER: Order, please. I would like to remind the honourable members they can't infer that any member of this House is not honest. So I'll ask you to retract that.

MR. HOUSTON: Thank you, I'll retract that comment. 

HON. STERLING BELLIVEAU: 

Well, Mr. Speaker, it is now Spring 2016, and the residents of Shelburne and surrounding communities are extremely disappointed to learn that there will be more delays in the start of this new building. My question for the Acting Premier is, why does this government continue to mislead residents of southwestern Nova Scotia about health services in this region?

MR DAVID WILSON: I think the minister needs to clean his ears - the Auditor General indicated there was a strong, detailed response.

MR. SPEAKER: Order, please. I'd like to remind the member that that's an unparliamentary term, so I'd like to get him to retract that and rephrase it.

MR. DAVID WILSON: I'm sorry, Mr. Speaker. Maybe the minister just needs to listen a little closer to my question.

MS. MARIAN MANCINI: "Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive!" That quote has been attributed . . .

MR. SPEAKER: Order, please. I'd like to remind the honourable member for Dartmouth South that it is unparliamentary to infer that any member of this House is attempting to deceive anybody.
