HON JAMIE BAILLIE: I will table this quote from Premier Dexter, where he says "People, I think, may think that it has to do with the UARB hearing. But that project is going ahead and the only question is how that's going to happen." Now what kind of responsible, political Leader would make their mind up first and then tie the hands of the URB, the one body that we're supposed to rely on to determine what is the lowest and best cost for Nova Scotians?

MR. CHARLIE PARKER: As I said previously, we have fully consulted with the URB, and we're still continuing to work with them if required. I just want to quote what the honourable member for Dartmouth East had to say on May 10th of last year, talking about legislation that requires the URB to review the proposed undersea cable. It says, "Liberal Energy Critic Andrew Younger said he's satisfied with the legislation." I'll table that, Mr. Speaker.
