Explanatory Note

This Bill changes the name of Lewis Lake Provincial Park to "Jerry Lawrence Provincial Park".

An Act to Amend Chapter 367
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Provincial Parks Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Chapter 367 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Provincial Parks Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 9 the following Section:
