An Act Respecting a
Memorial Day for Seamen

Short title

1 This Act may be cited as the Seamen's Memorial Day Act. R.S., c. 417, s. 1.

Seamens Memorial Day

2 Throughout the Province, in each and every year, the second Sunday in August shall be kept and observed under the name of Seamens Memorial Day. R.S., c. 417, s. 2.
