An Act to Amend Chapter 27
of the Acts of 2007,
the Civil Forfeiture Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Subsection 11(1) of Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2007 is amended by striking out "8" in the second line and substituting "10".
