An Act to Declare
the Sable Island Horse to be
the Provincial Horse of Nova Scotia

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Provincial Horse Act.

2 The Sable Island Horse is declared to be the Provincial Horse of the Province.
