An Act to Amend Chapter 96
of the Acts of 1958,
the Upper Stewiacke Fire Protection Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 5 of Chapter 96 of the Acts of 1958, the Upper Stewiacke Fire Protection Act, is amended by

(a) striking out "five" in the second and in the second last lines of clause (b) and substituting in each case "two hundred and fifty"; and

(b) striking out "three" in the second last line of clause (d) and substituting "fifty".
