An Act to Amend Chapter 217
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Income Tax Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Income Tax Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 32I the following Section:

32J Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the amount of tax payable pursuant to this Part shall not be reduced by any tax credit provided under this Act.
