An Act Respecting Deed Transfer Tax
in the Town of Stewiacke

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Stewiacke Deed Transfer Tax Act.

2 To the extent that the Deed Transfer Tax Act applies to and is in effect in the Town of Stewiacke, subsection 5(1) of that Act shall be read as if it were amended by striking out "one half of" in the first line.
