An Act to Amend Chapter 9

of the Acts of 1995,

the Queens Regional Municipality Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 55 of Chapter 9 of the Acts of 1995, the Queens Regional Municipality Act, is amended by adding immediately after subsection (3) the following subsection:

(4) Notwithstanding subsection (3), the Regional Municipality may grant a tax concession to the Liverpool Waterfront Development Corporation.
