Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Section 9 of Chapter 106 of the Acts of 1977, the Université Sainte-Anne
Act, as amended by Chapter 41 of the Acts of 1996, is further amended by adding immediately
before subsection (2) the following subsection:
(1) Every President appointed after this Act comes into force shall be
appointed by the Board in accordance with such terms and conditions as are
determined by the Board.
2 This Act has effect on and after December 20, 1996.
