An Act Respecting the Title to Certain Lands at
Tidnish, in the County of Cumberland, Claimed by
the Rector, Wardens and Vestry of Christ Church,
at Amherst, in the County of Cumberland
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 This Act may be cited as the Anglican Church Lands
(Tidnish) Act.
2 In this Act, "Parish" means the Rector, Wardens and Vestry
of Christ Church, at Amherst, in the County of Cumberland.
3 There is hereby vested in the Parish all the right, title and
interest that the Parish would have had immediately prior to the
coming into force of this Act in certain lands more particularly
described in Chapter 77 of the Acts of 1900, if Chapter 77 had
vested the lands in the Bishop of the Anglican Church in Nova
Scotia free and clear of the trust referred to in Chapter 77.
