                  An Act to Amend Chapter 146
                      of the Acts of 1927,
             the Brookside Cemetery Corporation Act



         Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:


         1  Section 6 of Chapter 146 of the Acts of 1927, the
Brookside Cemetery Corporation Act, as amended by Chapter
78 of the Acts of 1989, is further amended by striking out
"seven" in the third line and substituting "ten".
