An Act to Declare
the Nova Scotia Wild Blueberry to be
the Provincial Berry of Nova Scotia



         Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:


         1  This Act may be cited as the Provincial Berry Act.


         2  The Nova Scotia Wild Blueberry is declared to be the Provincial Berry of the
Province.
