Honourable Iain Rankin
The Honourable Iain Rankin was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Timberlea-Prospect in 2013 and was re-elected in 2017 and 2021.
He has served as Premier, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Minister of L'nu Affairs, Minister of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness, Minister responsible for Military Relations, Minister responsible for Youth, Minister responsible for the Office of Citizen-Centered Approaches, Minister of Environment, Minister of Lands and Forestry, and Leader of the Official Opposition.
He was a business manager and project manager for a variety of industries.
He is a member of the Private and Local Bills Committee.
