An Act to Expand
Work-integrated Learning Programs

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Work-integrated Learning Programs Expansion Act.

2 The Minister of Advanced Education shall include in any bilateral funding agreement made between the Minister and a post-secondary educational institution a requirement that work-integrated learning opportunities be made available for all students at the institution, regardless of program or type of degree sought.
