An Act to Establish
Two-Spirit and Indigenous LGBTQQIA+
Awareness and Celebration Day

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Two-Spirit and Indigenous LGBTQQIA+ Awareness and Celebration Day Act.

2 Throughout the Province, in each and every year, the day in which the annual spring equinox occurs shall be kept and observed under the name of "Two-Spirit and Indigenous LGBTQQIA+ Awareness and Celebration Day".
