An Act to Ensure
Healthcare Accountability and Transparency

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Healthcare Accountability and Transparency Act.

2 In this Act, "Need a Family Practice Registry" means the Need a Family Practice Registry maintained by the Nova Scotia Health Authority.

3 The Minister of Health and Wellness shall, no later than the 15th day of each month, make publicly available updated data on the Need a Family Practice Registry.
