Explanatory Note
This Bill changes the date for the annual meeting of the Presbyterian Congregation, Sydney from the first Wednesday in February to on or before the last Wednesday in March.
An Act to Amend Chapter 135
of the Acts of 1925,
the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Sydney Act
1 Section 9 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 1925, the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Sydney Act, as amended by Chapter 95 of the Acts of 1994, is further amended by striking out "the first Wednesday in February" in the second line and substituting "or before the last Wednesday in March".
