Explanatory Note

This Bill requires the Amherst Curling Club to operate on a not-for-profit basis.

An Act to Amend Chapter 70
of the Acts of 1938,
An Act to Incorporate the Amherst Curling Club

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Chapter 70 of the Acts of 1938, An Act to Incorporate the Amherst Curling Club, is amended by adding immediately after Section 1 the following Section:

1A The corporation shall operate on a not-for-profit basis.
