An Act Respecting the Repeal
of An Act to Incorporate
the Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club Replacement Act.

2 In this Act,

(a) "New Club" means the Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club as incorporated under the Societies Act;

(b) "Old Club" means the Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club as incorporated by Chapter 101 of the Acts of 1961, An Act to Incorporate the Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club.

3 The Old Club is hereby dissolved.

4 Upon the coming into force of this Act, all property, rights, liabilities and obligations of the Old Club vest in and become the property, rights, liabilities and obligations of the New Club.

5 Chapter 101 of the Acts of 1961, An Act to Incorporate the Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club, is repealed.

6 This Act has effect on and after the day the New Club is incorporated under the Societies Act.
