An Act to Amend Chapter 25
of the Acts of 1996,
the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act
1 Clause 3(1)(j) of Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is repealed.
2 Section 39 of Chapter 25 is repealed and the following Section substituted:
- 39 All deeds, mortgages, transfers, assignments, discharges, releases, agreements, securities or other documents of whatsoever nature or kind must be executed by officers of the Board as designated by the members of the Board and approved by the Deputy Minister of the Department.
3 Subsection 42(1) of Chapter 25 is amended by adding immediately after clause (e) the following clause:
- (ea) prescribing the fees and expenses payable with respect to loans or guarantees of loans;
4 Section 1 comes into force on such day as the Governor in Council orders and declares by proclamation.
