An Act to Amend Chapter 379
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Public Trustee Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Clause 16(1)(b) of Chapter 379, as amended by Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1999 (2nd Session), is further amended by striking out "ten" in the second and third lines and substituting "twenty-five".
2 Clause 21(1) of Chapter 379, as amended by Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1999 (2nd Session), is further amended by striking out "ten" in the second and third lines and substituting "twenty-five".
3 Clause 22(1) of Chapter 379, as amended by Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1999 (2nd Session), is further amended by striking out "ten" in the fourth line and substituting "twenty-five".
